Every month's letter begins on paper, written by hand. It's then carefully reproduced, folded, and paired with a postcard and a small surprise.

I'm Julia, a mother of three, and I created Quiet Chapter Co to bring back that feeling.
Not out of nostalgia, but because I believe we all need small rituals that ask nothing of us except to slow down for a little while.

Every letter posts on the 10th. Order by the 5th for that month; order after the 5th and it begins the next. You'll get an email letting you know once your letter has been sent.
Worldwide. Shipping is worked out by your country at checkout, before you pay.
Yes. Enter the recipient's address at checkout and tick “This is a gift.” We'll ask for your name and an optional note; we handwrite it once and print it onto the letter's card — the receipt and any delivery emails come to you.
There's nothing to cancel — each chapter is a one-time purchase. Come back for the next whenever you're ready.
Every letter is sent by registered post with tracking. Once it has been handed to the postal carrier, it travels at the recipient's risk — if it is delayed, damaged, or lost in transit, we're not able to offer a refund or a replacement, though we're always happy to help you track it down.
Each chapter is a one-time, non-recurring purchase and is non-refundable once it has been posted. If you haven't received a shipping confirmation yet, contact us and we'll happily help.
Dates given at checkout are estimates, not guarantees. International post can be affected by customs processing beyond our control; any import duties or customs fees are the recipient's responsibility.
